A $50 deposit locks your chair and comes straight off your final price. It covers drawing time if plans change, and moves with you when you reschedule 48+ hours ahead.
Anytime up to 48 hours before, free, deposit intact — one message through the contact page or your confirmation reply. Inside 48 hours we keep the deposit and rebook you once at half deposit.
Book the free consultation. Bring three images you like and three words about the feeling — your artist sketches two directions and you pick. Most custom pieces start exactly this vague.
Every piece includes a free 90-day check-in: send a healed photo and we'll confirm the settle or book a complimentary touch-up. After 90 days, touch-up vouchers are in the shop.
